To make my model import run on real hardware, I spent a while troubleshooting until I boiled it down to these few 'rules': One thing though, the crash on real hardware isn't a CPK compression issue (if it was, the game wouldn't even get to the title screen, I believe), rather just something you might've missed while making the mod.
